As a non-profit educational innovation, we are always on the lookout for like-minded people, who would want to contribute to empowering students around the world in becoming independent learners. Due to very limited resources available for operations, we are currently unable to pay the volunteers. However, we do offer other benefits that contributors and volunteers might be interested in.

We have people from different subject matter and expertise and skills contributing to making this project impactful and influential. Our team is brilliant and colorful. Working with Alekhni would create lifelong connections for you as a team member.
• We will provide you with proper training and experience so that you can confidently accomplish your tasks and enjoy your work with little pressure.
• You can also post your experience on your LinkedIn account and gain an official certificate from Alekhni mentioning your valuable contributions during your time here, which you can use for university or job applications in the future.
• Since our team is scattered across the globe, we offer you a very high level of flexibility to decide your working hours and schedule. We consider your happiness and satisfaction to be of utmost value and if you don’t enjoy your work at Alekhni, we ought to do everything in our capacity to make the work fun-filled and interesting for you.

If you are interested in contributing to Alekhni through your expertise, feel free to send us an email at [email protected] with a little description of your background and what you would like to contribute to Alekhni and we will get back to you ASAP (usually within 2- weeks). We are very flexible with roles and responsibilities and allow you to name your own position. We give you a very high level of autonomy and agency so that you can let the best of your creativity lead the way.

We are open to any kind of talent that you feel might be of use to Alekhni, but at the moment it would be the greatest asset if you possess one of the following capabilities:

1. speak fluent Arabic, Persian, a South Asian language, such as Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, etc. or an African language, such as Swahili, Yoruba, or any other language from the Global South. If you are also able to take lessons in such languages, we would be more than happy to work with you ASAP.
2. If you are enrolled in a university programme, you can share the curriculums, list of resources, or literature with students at Alekhni.
3. You can also create fun educational content for us such as illustrations or Instagram reels.

These are just some suggested ways you could contribute to Alekhni but there are many more ways in which you can use your personal capabilties and ideas to make Alekhni a stronger free education community.
